Eugene Cloutier's craftsmen make each pair of fur mukluks by scrupulously following Amerindian-inspired methods, with soft, solid leather and suede, but also with hand-picked rabbit fur (faux fur option also available), to preserve warmth and waterproofness. In addition to the fur, you will also find hand-sewn beads and various soles (Ski Crepex sole, rubber sole, Italia sole) for optimal foot support. Finally, be assured to be warm with the fur mukluks’ extra-soft fleece lining. Our artisans are required to follow the ancestral manufacturing method to the letter so that it results in top quality fur mukluks, which you will be able to use for many years.
