In order for us to create your customer account as our business partner, we need you to provide us with all the information below:
- Your complete name
- Your complete company name
- Your complete billing and shipping addresses
- Your phone numbers and e-mails.
Your first order has to comply with all the following requirements:
- It has to be for a minimum of 12 pairs in total
- It has to be paid for in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or a bank transfer.
In order to facilitate and accelerate transactions for your following orders, we invite you to fill out a credit application form as soon as possible, following which we will give you terms. The credit application form is available on demand at our customer service.
How to fill in an order:
- For all orders, we need the style number, color, gender, sizes and quantities for each and every pair ordered
- You must indicate if you want the order to be shipped complete, if you accept partial shipments and back orders
- Applicable taxes and cost of shipping for each shipment will be added to your invoice.
Stock and turnaround time:
- For your first order we strongly suggest that you contact our customer service department or agent who will guide you
- A typical order including our best sellers is available on demand at our customer service.
- We will ship within 24 to 48 hours following receipt of the order for all «in stock» products; the production delays for «non-stock» and “New” items are of 4 to 6 weeks.
